The Princess Diaries

The Princess Diaries
Meg Cabot
ISBN 978-4-89684-448-1

'You're not Mia Thermopolis any more, honey,' Dad said. I raised my head. 'I'm not?' I said, blinking. 'Then who am I?' He went, kind of sadly, 'You're Amelia Mignonette Grimaldi Thermopolis Renaldo, Princess of Genovia.'

I have ever seen the movie before, so I was interested in this oridinal book. It was not so difficult to read but there were so many slangs and spoken words like young people often use. I enjoyed reading it because I could know how young people spoke!
This story was written by a first person narrative and diary style. That's why, It was easy to put my feeling into Mia. It was very interesting. I could go on reading rapidly.
